Building a body of evidence for supporting queer communities in the Upper Midwest

PFund Foundation is dedicated to using the best research and data available to inform our work of building equity with queer communities across the region. We conduct our own qualitative and quantitative research on the needs and challenges of queer communities across the Upper Midwest. This research helps inform our approach to grantmaking and providing scholarships.

We also believe in rigorous reflection and self-assessment. Our programs and research teams work collaboratively to design holistic approaches to gauging how PFund is making in impact through its programs, what gaps in programming and services for queer people exist, and how we can refine our programming as needed to better serve our prioritized communities.
