Twin Cities Pride is a 501C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating safe, welcoming spaces for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies to gather, make connections, and live their authentic lives. Twin Cities Pride has been around since 1972. It began as a small protest march of around 50 people commemorating the anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising. Over the years, Twin Cities Pride has grown into an organization that organizes an annual festival and parade attracting over 500,000 people over Pride weekend, as well as planning year-round programming to keep the community engaged 365 days a year. This year-round programming includes career fairs, book fairs, the Rainbow Wardrobe free clothing closet, and new to 2025: our Pride Cultural Arts Center.
