Our mission is to simplify bureaucracy for all in pursuit of a vision that residents possess the resources to changemake more impactfully. We do this by providing accessible, community-based learning opportunities. In 2023, LLCOOLJ LLC led a cohort of 10 local changemakers that ultimately received 7 Partnership Engagement Fund awards for their programs. Most recently, in 2025 we collaborated with 6 small businesses to open accessible community libraries and resource hubs in S, NE, & DT MPLS.
