Since October 1986, The Project of the Quad Cities (TPQC) has been transforming lives through remarkable care and radical acceptance. The purpose of the organization is directed primarily toward two marginalized and overlapping populations—people living with HIV and the LGBTQ+ community. Both populations require access to comprehensive, culturally competent healthcare services, and TPQC exists to meet these needs through direct service or by developing relationships with community partners willing and able to help meet these needs.
