Where to Get the Flu Vaccine
Start with your medical home – a place you regularly receive health care. If your medical home is unable to vaccinate you, other options include:
- Local Health Department or Community Health Board
- Retail locations
- Vaccination Clinics Serving Uninsured and Underinsured Adults
Search by county for clinics with free vaccine for qualifying uninsured and underinsured adults.
- Free or Low-Cost Shots for Children
The Minnesota Vaccines for Children Program (MnVFC) offers free or low cost shots for children 18 years of age and younger. See this screening form to find out if your child is eligible and check with your clinic to see if they participate in the MnVFC program.
Search by ZIP code for locations offering COVID-19 vaccine near you.
Find COVID-19 Vaccine Locations
This Vaccine Locator Map is intended to help Minnesotans more easily find and connect with local vaccine providers in their area. All locations are approximate.
When possible, please use the information in the table on the Connector Website to make appointments through the provider’s website and to confirm vaccination location and hours. Each provider manages its own schedules and appointments.
Minnesotans can also make an appointment at a COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program location. Stars denote Community Vaccination Program sites on the map below. Sign up directly for an appointment using the COVID-19 Vaccine Connector.
For information about vaccine appointments, visit the COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Frequently Asked Questions page.
Who’s Getting Vaccinated?
All Minnesotans 12 years of age and older are eligible to receive a vaccine. Minnesotans age 12 to 17 are eligible only for the Pfizer vaccine.
