PFund Foundation marks 2017 as its 30th anniversary. We were founded in the AIDS crisis in 1987 as the regional lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and allied community foundation serving the states of Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
The first Pride in the Unites States was a commemoration of the Stonewall riots. Our LGBTQIA community has often noted its history with acts of resistance against discrimination and oppression.
Above all, Pride is a call to action for us to join together in challenging times.
For Pride month, PFund Foundation is continuing our tradition of #ElevatePride. We are gathering to celebrate one another and hear about the work of LGBTQI leaders. We invite you to join us and see how investing in bold LGBTQI leaders is crucial at this time of resistance.
Join us at the home of George Hoagland & Sara Van Norman with co-hosts Lois Carlson and Barbara Satin for an evening of celebration!
